Ac-dc power unit introduction

When the customer's requirements on the voltage and current of AC and DC power supply are greater than the maximum voltage and current of a single AC and DC power supply, we can obtain more voltage and current by parallel or series multiple AC and DC power supplies. After multiple AC-DC power supplies are connected in parallel, a combination machine of appropriate size is used to assemble the power supplies together, which is conducive to reducing the volume of the combined AC-DC power supplies and is more convenient for the application of AC-DC power supplies in daily testing work.


In our usual product design of AC/DC power unit, we need to consider many factors, including the number of AC/DC power units that need to be connected in parallel, the size design of the combined unit, the change of drive circuit, oscillation countermeasure, change of firmware, etc. Overall, though, it's not technically difficult, just careful assembly.


Then, the firmware of AC and DC power supplies needs to be modified to support parallel operation of multiple AC and DC power supplies, which requires the software department to cooperate with the combined AC and DC power cabinet to change the software. This was also initially expected to take some time, but it seemed to be possible to simply change the position of the number of parallel units, so it was easily accomplished.


The oscillatory countermeasures will be known only after the product is produced and actually operated.

Through parallel series, the maximum DC voltage can reach 50kV, the maximum current can reach 5wA, and the maximum power can reach 200kW. Meet the requirements of high voltage, high current and high power testing.
